When Jessie Christiaans and Zara Barling-Mills founded My Health Space, their vision was simple: to bring high-quality, person-centred care directly to the people who needed it most. Starting as a mobile practice in 2020, they worked closely with clients in their homes, schools, workplaces, and communities, providing support in the environments where everyday life happens.

As My Health Space continued to grow, so did the need for a dedicated space where clients could access a broader range of services in a welcoming, purpose-built environment. Rather than replacing our mobile roots, our luxurious new clinic was created as an extension of them, offering clients even greater flexibility in how they receive care.

Thoughtfully designed with comfort, accessibility, and wellbeing in mind, the clinic reflects our commitment to providing an exceptional healthcare experience. From calming therapy rooms and modern facilities to collaborative spaces for multidisciplinary care, every detail has been carefully considered to help clients feel supported, empowered, and at ease.
